Terms of Service

DealOS is a platform for running community and club operations — events, people, finances, partnerships and related workflows. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password secure, and for activity that happens under your account. A community owner (president) is responsible for who they invite and the roles they grant.

Don’t use DealOS to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, attempt to breach or overload the service, or access data you are not authorised to see. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your community’s content remains yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to host and operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to store the information you put into DealOS, and for handling your members’ data appropriately.

We work to keep DealOS available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that briefly affect availability.

You may stop using DealOS and delete your community at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, DealOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Keep your own backups of anything critical.
