Privacy Policy

Account information you provide when you sign up or are invited: your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in plain text).

Community data you enter into the platform: members, events, tasks, meetings, finances, documents, and the other records your community chooses to keep.

Operational logs: an audit trail of actions taken in your community (who did what, and when) and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

To provide and operate the platform, authenticate you, keep your community’s data secure and isolated, provide support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information or your community’s data.

We use a small number of processors to run the service — for example cloud hosting and database providers, and the AI provider that powers the in-app assistant. They process data only to provide their service to us. The assistant only ever receives records the requesting user is already permitted to see.

We keep your data for as long as your community is active. A community owner can permanently delete their community from Settings, which erases its records and the accounts that belong only to it. You can also ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

Passwords are hashed, data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and every community’s data is scoped so it cannot cross into another’s. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a first-class part of how DealOS is built.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is HTTP-only and used only for authentication — not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR. To exercise any of these, contact us.
